Refund policy

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.

Custom, made-to-order, or one-of-one pieces are final sale and not eligible for return unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

To start a return, email info@thesaloonedit.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm eligibility and provide next steps.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, contact us at info@thesaloonedit.com.

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days of purchase.

Shipping times vary by destination and will be confirmed at checkout or via order confirmation email.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.

For Visionaries is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control, but we'll do what we can to help track down a delayed order.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
